Trained at the Sormani school, he graduated from the Caen hotel school.
He has served at VINCI for 15 years

Nicolas LE DROGOU

Owner & Sommelier

He trained as a sommelier in a hotel school.
He continued his career at the Trois Marches in Versailles in 1984 (2 Michelin stars), then at Drouant, Place Gaillon in Paris (1 Michelin star), then at Apicius, avenue de Villiers in Paris (2 Michelin stars) and then at Sormani in Paris (1 Michelin star); and since at the restaurant LE VINCI.
